2、工程概况
北京世纪春天花园小区11、12、15、16#楼，位于北京市朝阳区望京新城，由北京世纪春天房地产开发公司投资建设，北京中天元设计有限责任公司设计，中环监理公司监理。
根据施工现场用电情况和用电设备的数量经与甲方协商，11、12#楼由一期低压配电室引来，15、16号楼由二期新建变压器室的低压配电柜引来。。由于变压器的位置与用电设备距离较远，施工设备比较分散，供电线路采用沿墙架设和地埋，同时施工现场的地理位置远离市区，周围无其他外线，地下没有外部电缆，因此安全距离符合规范要求。
