本工程为XXXXXX,其中B3~B4栋带有一层地下室。地上12层,首层层高6.0米,为架空层,其余楼层层高2.9米,总高度45.75米。工程结构为现浇钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构(局部框支转换)。工程场地地下水位较高,且存在较厚的淤泥和粉细砂层。局部地段软硬互层带比较发育。基础原设计为人工挖孔桩,后因地质情况复杂,现更改为冲孔桩。

Engineering structure of steel reinforced concrete frame wall structure (local frame supported conversion). Project site high water table, and there is a thick layer of silt and fine sand. Local sites soft and hard rocks with more development. Based on the original design for the artificial foundation pile, after the complex due to geological conditions, is changed to punch pile.
