大亚湾核电基地新建南区篮球场工程位于南生活区原消防训练站，工程场地将占用南面部分山林坡地，场地的平整需朝南面的土坡进行开挖。根据设计图纸的场地面积要求，按设计建筑场地面积平整场地，需往南面土坡开挖4.1m左右。且经开挖后，南面将形成一面1～4米高差的裸露土坡（如下图示），长达66米；东面也将形成一段长约30米，高差约2.5米的坡堑。考虑东面、南面边坡的长期稳定，将在东、南两面边坡上各加砌一排毛石重力式挡土墙护坡。东面挡土墙的高度约2.5m，长约30m；南面挡土墙高度走势沿原土坡走势，即高度在1～4米之间，长达66m（如下图示）。现场土质为砂石混合土，根据土质对南面土坡取1：0.35坡度进行放坡，南面土坡需开挖
