设备基础施工方案

一、工程概况：
  淀粉车间工程设备较多，施工工艺复杂。 6月25日接到C、D区设备基础图纸（白图）。大块式设备基础底部采用C20毛石砼，SJ19.01—1，2、SJ20.01—3.4.5.6、SJ18.01—1.2填夯实，下部采用三、七灰土回填,三、七灰土范围为设备基础外边缘1500mm.由于C、D区的独立基础土方在6月23日已开挖完成。在整个土方开挖方案中由于不知道设备基础的底标高，无法一次性开挖，独立基础只有采用点式开挖方案，而对于设备基础土方只有采用二次开挖。现设备基础图有部分图纸已经下来（白图），图纸说明要求，“设备基础须设备到货经核对无误后方可施工”，为提前施工工期，争得业主同意，按目前白图施工，特制定本方案。
二、总体施工部署：
   按设备基础下的结构设计，土方开挖分为两个区域，第一区域开挖有毛石基础部分，第二区域为开挖有三、七灰土
