1.1.5结构类型及层数：本工程属于新建工程，其中地上写字楼二十五层，住宅楼二十九层，地下一层，钢筋混凝土框剪结构，为一类高层建筑，建筑高度98.95米，面积约9万平方米。
1.1.6工程内容：府安琼天广场消防工程施工图示消防工程全部内容，工程内容包括火灾自动报警系统、自动喷淋灭火系统、水喷雾灭火系统、消火栓系统、防火卷帘。
1.1.6.1火灾自动报警系统
本工程在大楼的楼梯间、电梯前室等处设置离子感烟探测器，在车库等处设置感温探测器，在主要出入口设置手动报警按钮，在消火栓内设置消火栓按钮。消防中心设置集中报警控制器，形成可靠的火灾报警型号系统。消火栓按钮、水流指示器，喷淋、喷雾泵、消防泵、非消防用电切断都能通过联动实现手动、自动控制，启动声光报警器。
1.1.6.2自动喷淋灭火系统
自动喷淋系统由地下贮水池，自动喷淋泵，屋顶水箱联合供水，自动喷淋系统分两区，共计九个湿式报警阀供水。要求有吊顶喷头采用BBd15系列吊顶式玻璃球喷头，无吊顶处采用ZSB15 系列直立型闭式玻璃球喷头，喷头动作温度68度。管材及连接方式为：管径在DN100及以上管道采用内外热镀锌钢管，卡箍连
