第一章 工程概况
本工程为一住宅小区，首期工程由11幢33层的高级豪华高层商住楼及相应的配套设施组成，总建筑面积274562m2，该工程位于市郊公路南侧。
1．建筑设计
该工程为11幢高层商住楼，地下一层作为车库和设备用房，地上33层，其中1~3层的裙房作为商场和大厦的管理用房，裙房以上均为豪华型高层住宅，按照标准层的不同平面布置形式，分成A、B、C三种类型(见下图)。

(1)室内装修：公共部位的电梯前廊、公共走道及营业大厅的顶棚，采用轻钢龙骨石膏板艺术吊顶，墙面镶贴磨光大理石，局部镶贴釉面砖；楼地面铺贴磨光花岗岩，局部铺贴同质地砖。住宅户内部位的墙面和顶棚刷白色乳胶漆，地面铺贴柏木地板。厨房、卫生间顶棚采用铝合金扣板吊顶，墙面镶贴白色隐花瓷片，地面贴浅绿色防滑地砖，卫生设施采用全套进口豪华卫生洁具。分户门为防火防盗门，其余为双面夹板门，刷醇酸瓷漆。公共走道口、控制室、管道井全部安装自动控制的钢质防火门。
(2)外装修：外墙除裙房局部镶贴磨光花岗岩外，其余全部统一贴6mm*60mm*240mm的黄色条砖饰面。外门窗为银灰色铝合金门窗，镶浅绿色玻璃Chapter Project Overview
