悬挑式钢平台设计方案

一、工程概况：
苏州工业园区东湖大郡Ⅰ标段工程由苏州工业园区建屋发展有限公司开发，中国建筑西南勘察研究院（苏州）勘察设计，苏州市建筑设计研究院设计，江苏苏中建设集团股份有限公司承建。工程抗震设计烈度六度。建筑抗震设防类别为丙类建筑，建筑结构安全等级为二级，结构使用年限为50年。
砌筑砖墙及粗装修材料运输比较困难，在塔吊起吊范围内拟搭设悬挑式钢平台。
为确保工期安全，现依据国家JGJ80-91有关钢平台规定，拟定安装悬挑式钢平台。
二、钢平台设计
1、设计的钢平台面积：
可利用平台面积为10.05m2（其中走道平台2.43m2）（见图）
2、设计荷载：
（1）、平台自重不大于0.74T，满足塔机最大幅度吊运对荷载要求：
A、[16槽钢24m×19.74kg/m=473.76kg
B、∠80×80角钢3.6m×8.5kg/m=30.6kg
C、∠50×50角钢13.6m×3.77kg/m=51.3kg
D、多层胶合板0.18m3×400kg/m3=72kg
E、栏杆、附平台短件估100kg
（2）、活荷载为1500N（一部运输小拖车和1-2人）。
Cantilevered steel platform design
