悬挑卸料平台搭设方案及计算
根据本工程施工特征以及立面的情况和周边环境及满足周转材料的要求进行布置受料平台,以便将无法用人货电梯运输的材料,利用塔吊吊运到指定地点。
一、卸料平台的布置
根据现场施工情况,标准层以上每层设置一只,上下层错开布置,以便垂直吊运方便。
1、 D1幢:布置在M轴的SM3、J轴的SM2位置上,错开设置。
2、 D2幢:布置在A轴交4~8轴之间、1-K轴交1-6~1-8轴,错开设置。
3、 D3幢:布置在1-A轴交1-3~1-6轴、A轴交6~10轴,错开设置。
二、卸料平台的尺寸及组成
1、卸料平台的实际使用尺寸为2500×3500。(见附图
