一期工程办公楼屋面工程施工方案.doc

本工程屋面采用珍珠岩保温，SBS防水卷材结合防水涂膜聚氨酯防水层。
一、施工程序：
基层清理→管道堵洞、找平层→涂膜防水层→弹线→找坡层→保温层铺设→找平层→卷材防水层→面层。
施工要点：
1：8水泥珍珠岩找坡：找坡坡度为2%，操作前应在女儿墙上弹出标明珍珠岩铺设的厚度及坡度，另外，在屋顶做出找坡灰饼，以示珍珠岩铺设的厚度及坡度。铺设由高向低，最低处不得低于40mm。找坡层施工完毕，铺设100厚水泥珍珠岩保温块。
二、 卷材防水卷材施工
1、材料及要求：
防水卷材材料应具有出厂合格证或厂家产品的认证文件，材料进场后做复试，合格后方可使用。
2、主要机具：汽油喷灯、搅拌桶、滚刷、剪刀、压滚、清理工具等。
3、作业条件：
（1）基层应按设计要求抹好找平层，要求抹平、压光、坚实平整、不起砂，不空鼓，坡度符合设计，无积水现象。
（2）基层应基本干燥，含水率低于8%。

3, the operating conditions:

(2) basic primary should be dry, moisture content below 8%.
