 整体爬升式脚手架施工方案
本工程主体高度为71.2米,结合建筑物结构形式,根据本公司类似工程的施工管理经验,四层以下采用双排落地式钢管扣件脚手架,四层以上采用整体爬升式脚手架。
节11.1爬升外脚手架的设计构想
脚手架以不大于7m的跨度为一个单元,共设30个承力底托,30个挑梁及电动葫芦,架体共12步加一步护身栏,总高18.60m,横竖杆间距1.4m左右,双排架子宽0.8m,里排杆距建筑物0.5m,架体最下面一步架为承力桁架,承力桁架部分每个节间均设斜腹杆。承力桁架两端坐落在承力底托上,承力底托里端用M22螺栓与建筑物边梁固定,外端用φ25斜拉杆与上一层边梁拉结,悬挂电动葫芦的挑梁固定方法同承力底托。
节11.2爬升外脚手架的安装及提升工艺流程
    1、安装工艺流程:
搭设操作平台架子→安装承力底托→搭设承力桁架→搭设整个架体→设立拉结点→架体铺板、挂网→安装挑梁、电动葫芦→连接葫芦与承力底托→安装防外倾装置→安装防坠落→检查验收。
2、提升工艺流程:
检查挂钩→松开所有固定拉结→撤离架体上所有活荷载→短暂开动葫芦、绷紧链条→调整葫芦链条使之受力均匀→拆除承力底托与建筑物的连接→开机提升,观察同步情况→提升到位安装承力底托→安装承力底托拉结点→检查验收后提供使用。
在使用期间将挑梁、电动葫芦升到上一层以备下
