二、工程概况
1、工程概况：
 中科院中关村青年小区位于北京市海淀区中关村东路80号，10＃、11＃楼位于小区西北侧，该工程地下二层，地上二十八层，为钢筋混凝土全现浇剪力墙结构。建筑高度为79.90m，一类高层民用建筑，耐火等级为一级，地下室层高为3.2m、5.6m,地上部分为2.8m、2.9m。
本工程地下室基础底板厚度为1600mm,混凝土剪力墙厚度为300mm,250mm。楼板厚度为300mm、220mm,地上

1, Project Overview:
 Chinese Academy of Sciences Zhongguancun, Haidian District, Beijing Youth Zone is located in Zhongguancun East Road, 80, 10 #, 11 # House in district northwest of the underground second floor, the floor 20 eight-story, reinforced concrete shear wall structure of the whole place. Building height of 79.90m, a class of senior civil construction, fire resistance rating for a basement storey is 3.2m, 5.6m, shoot for the 2.8m, 2.9m.
