主厂房砖砌体、抹灰工程作业指导书
一、    概况
1．1    ****二期主厂房砖砌体工程指A~D列1~19轴范围内的所有砌筑、粉刷。包括汽机房12.6m以下的外墙、除氧煤仓间部分外墙、室内各功能分隔墙、屋面女儿墙等，属于主厂房砼框架结构后的又一重要结构分部。 
1．2    根据温州地区有关规定，重点项目推广使用蒸压灰砂砖，为此本工程采用灰砂砖砌筑。经试验比较，灰砂砖强度能满足设计要求，容重略大于普通粘土砖，但不影响设计值。砌筑用砂浆为Mu7.5水泥砂浆。
1．3    除图纸注明尺寸外，砖墙厚度均为240mm。本工程砖墙共约1000m3，墙面粉刷约10000m2，根据总体进度要求，3#机部分在4月底结束，4#机部分在6月底结束，绝对工期为6个月。
1．4    工程特点。本工程工作量较大，分布范围广，延用工期长，且处于结构与安装交接阶段，施工环境较复杂，墙体予留孔洞、预埋件较多。为了确保工程质量，各工作面合理交接，使整体工程顺利进展，有必要对本砌筑，粉刷工程进行全面科学的控制、管理。
二、    施工准备 
2．1 人员情况 
本工程工作量较大，但实用工期偏紧，为确保进度，劳动力安排要相对集中，分层分部位进行突击，人员安排如下表：
