主楼升降机施工方案

1、升降机选型
本工程施工人员和小型材料的垂直运输主要通过升降机完成,考虑主楼施工层数和各楼层的工程量,拟采用型号为SCD200×200K,高度120m的升降机,安装在主楼西面。
2、升降机定位
升降机安装在地下室顶板上,位置确定在2~3交1/0A~A轴之间。机身与外架距离为20,附墙杆与A轴线框架梁预埋件连接,附墙杆安装高度分别为11、19.55、27.85、35.75、43.65、51.55、59.45、67.35、75.45、83.8、92.4、99.2米标高位置.
3、升降机基础
基础平面尺寸为6m×4m,板厚为h=400mm,配筋Φ10@200,双层双向,混凝土强度C30。具体做法如下图。
