青岛市供电公司厂房及经济适用房工程位于青岛市市南区延吉路155号。结构形式为框支剪力墙，总建筑面积23449平方米（其中地上部分18259平方米，地下部分5190平方米）。地下二层人防部分平时为车库，抗力等级为六级。
