地下室后浇带封挡施工方案

为保证华锐世界广场一期工程在冬期施工前能够提前进行地下结构工程的封挡围护，并确保地下室外防水和回填土工程的顺利进行，初步拟定在10月中下旬在本工程的地下部分结构完工后，对地下室的外墙后浇带进行封挡，特制定本施工方案。
主要施工方法：
一、地下室外墙后浇带的封挡
1.地下室外墙后浇带的封挡采用120厚600×1300mm C30混凝土预制板，由基础底板开始依次向上排放，上部两块预制板尺寸以现场实测实量尺寸为准。
