第一章  综合说明

1.1、工程概况
由苏州市金都置业有限公司投资拟建苏州市金都大厦工程位于苏州市吴中区石湖东路与白云路交汇的东北侧，尹山变电站东侧。金都大厦总占地面积约10475m2，拟建建筑物包括1幢主楼，1幢辅助楼，主楼由3幢呈近三角形的12～13层小高层及3层裙楼组成，基础相连，均有一层地下室。拟建场地为空地，地面标高在2.25～2.80m之间，地形较平坦，交通便利。
拟建地下人防地下室形状略成梯形，地下室工程总建筑面积3044m2,东西长为80.0m，南北宽为58.0～12.4m。设计的±0.00相当于黄海高程3.20m，底板标高-4.95m（局部-5.50m即配电室），底板厚0.60m，垫层厚10㎝，碎石垫层厚15cm。基底标高-5.65m（局部-6.20m），黄海高程-2.45m（局部-3.00m）。基坑开挖深度约5.00m。
  1.2、编制依据
1）《苏州金都大厦主楼地下人防工程平面图》由苏州市天地民防建筑设计研究院有限公司设计；
2）工程地质勘察报告《苏州金都大厦岩土工程勘察报告》（2005-K-294）由江苏苏州地质工程勘察院提供；

1.1, Project Overview
Downtown Properties Limited by Suzhou investment proposed Downtown Building Project is located in Suzhou Wuzhong District, Suzhou City, Shek Wu Road and Baiyun intersection of the northeast, east of Yin Mountain substation. Base elevation-5.65m (local-6.20m), the Yellow Sea elevation-2.45m (local-3.00m). Excavation depth of about 5.00m.

2) engineering geological investigation report, "Downtown Building Suzhou Geotechnical Survey Report" (2005-K-294) from the Geological Engineering Investigation Institute, Suzhou, Jiangsu to provide;
