一、工程概况
        本工程为唐山市宏扬花园商住楼工程，位于唐山市火炬路西侧，由唐山宏扬房地产开发公司招标筹建，唐山国旺建筑安装有限公司中标承建。工期为333天，要求2001年10月10日开工，2002年10月30日竣工交付使用。该工程由唐山市规划建筑设计研究院设计，建筑平面为5单元组合条式住宅楼。建筑面积为16757.66M2（其中地下室面积2310M2）。

        This works for commercial and residential project in Tangshan carry forward the garden, located in Tangshan City, Torch Road, west side, from the Tangshan Hong Yang, tender preparation of real estate development company, Tangshan Guo Wang Construction and Installation Co., Ltd. won the bid construction. Duration of 333 days, asked on Oct. 10, 2001 started on Oct. 30, 2002 completion of delivery. The project by the Tangshan City Planning and Design Institute of Design, Architecture flat strip combination for the 5 unit residential building. Construction area 16757.66M2 (including basement area of 2310M2).
