湖南XX学院新校区学生宿舍楼工程，建设地点位于湖南XX学院新校区，紧邻XX公路，本建筑分二栋，一至三层由一大厅连接，共六层。本建筑占地面积2376m2，建筑面积为13269m2，建筑主楼最高度为22.70m，檐口高度为20.90m，砖混结构，抗震设防烈度为七度,安全等级为二级。
本工程各层建筑功能为学生宿舍。层高均为：3.3m
防水工程：本工程屋面防水采用屋面钢筋混凝
