一、 工程概况
****工程建设项目位于昆明市**路延长线***号，占地约300亩，由云南***房地产开发有限公司开发，小区共划为两个标段，总建筑面积约为32万平方米，设计由云南***设计院和昆明**大学设计研究院分标段设计，小区规划建筑为七层住宅区和小高层住宅区，工程地质勘察由昆明**建筑勘察设计院进行地质勘察。
由本施工单位组织施工的为小高层住宅区的共12幢，均为十三层框剪结构，基中地下一层，地上十三层。场地属古滇池湖
