根据B标段工程特点，在该工程的垂直运输机械的选用上，我公司优先考虑了采用由建设部长沙建设机械研究院设计的QTZ63（5013）型与南京第一建筑机械厂生产的QTZ60A型两种新型自升附着式建筑塔式起重机。QTZ63（5013）型与QTZ60A型起重机均为水平臂架，小车变幅，上回转自升式多用途塔式起重机。其中QTZ63（5013）型臂长为50M，最大起重量为6吨,自重62T（100M）；QTZ60A型臂长为45M，最大起重量为6吨，自重53.8T(100M)。此两款机械主要的共同特点如下：
