由广东省农科院兴建的中国农村调研干部培训站工程裙楼四层结构及四层天面结构部分梁设计为劲性钢梁。钢梁设计主要采用工字型型钢，钢梁板材材质为16Mn钢，总工程量在27吨左右。裙楼天面结构有劲性梁9条，梁的跨度分别为：11.31m、14.14m、17.12m和 26.8m四种，梁截面分别为：300×1000、300×1400；内配200×800、200×1200 工字钢。
