金桥瑞仕花园地下室防水工程施工方案
一、 工程概况：
本工程包括A,B,C,D,E五处的地下车库，地下一层，建筑面积：36976m2,本工程的地下车库后浇带及顶板采用“力星牌”APP防水卷材（4mm厚）；地下车库的外墙采用“鸿雯牌”911一布三涂防水涂料（2mm厚）。地下车库外墙板防水面积：10648m2，顶板防水面积：37321m2.顶板上的排风口部、进风口部、车库顶板同三型站顶板板面之间高低差的墙板部位、外墙板转角处、外墙板与连通口和底板的交接处等部位都构成阴角部位、外墙板上下间距约450mm的对拉螺栓部位、结构的后浇带等部位，这些部位是防水薄弱环节，需按设计要求精心施工。
