基础降水工程施工方案

二、 工程概况：
河北工业大学教学实验楼位于天津市虹桥区光荣道8号，河北工业党东院
院内，是一座寓教学、科研、实验于一体的综合性教学楼。主楼为13层钢筋砼框剪结构，局部14层，地面以下地室一层为整体式钢筋砼箱形结构，深5.4m。地下室底板平面尺寸89.6×22.1m，设计采用钻孔灌注桩基础，在基坑开挖前已施工完毕，现场自然地坪标高－1.2米左右，要求基坑范围内降水至基底以1米，即降至标高－6.4m，地面以下处5.2m。
由天津市勘察院勘察第1999－2－008号地质报告得到浅层土土质状况如
下：
　　1．人工填土层：厚度1.5～2.20m由上部杂填土和下部素填组成，层底标高3.55～2.61m。
　　2．新近冲击层：厚度为4.60～2.20m，顶部标高3.55～2.61m，由上部粉质粘土及下部
