一、 工程概况
本工程为唐山市宏扬花园商住楼工程，位于唐山市火炬路西侧，由唐山宏扬房地产开发公司招标筹建，唐山国旺建筑安装有限公司中标承建。工期为333天，要求2001年10月10日开工，2002年10月30日竣工交付使用。该工程由唐山市规划建筑设计研究院设计，建筑平面为5单元组合条式住宅楼。建筑面积为16757.66M2（其中地下室面积2310M2）。地下是一层半地下室，地上主体为六层。地下室层高2.2M，首层层高为3.6M，二层层高为3.0M，三至六层层高为2.9M，单元组合为一梯两户，一二层为商业用房，三至六层为住宅。该工程为框架结构。脚手架搭设方案编制依据《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》（JGJ130-2001）、《建筑施工安全检查标准》（JGJ59-99）、《河北省〈建筑施工安全检查标准〉实施细则》及图纸等。
 
二、 脚手架搭设材料要求
    1）脚手架各种杆件采用外径48mm、壁厚3.5mm的3号钢焊接钢管，使用生产厂家合格的产品并持有合格证，其力学性能应符合国家现行标准《碳素结构钢》GBT700中Q235A
