搭设方案
(一般内容)

1. 编制依据:编写方案所依据法律、法规、标准、规范及文件、图纸等。
2. 工程概况及条件:按现场实际情况写清楚明确。
3. 脚手架平面布置图(示意)
4. 脚手架构配件的质量标准
4.1 钢管及扣件
钢管宜采用外径48mm,壁厚3.5mm焊接钢管,宜采用力学性能适中的
Q235A(3#)钢,其力学性能应符合国家现行标准《碳素结构负钢》GBT700中Q235A钢的规定,扣件应符合GB15831-1995《钢管脚手架扣件》的规定。
  4.2 底座
扣件式钢管脚手架的底座有可锻铸铁制造的标准底座和焊接底两种。可能铸铁标准底座的材质要求与扣件相同。焊接底座应采用Q235A钢,焊条应采用E43型,几何惊寸应符合图示

4.1 steel and fastener
Diameter steel pipe should use 48mm, wall thickness 3.5mm welded steel pipe, should adopt a moderate mechanical properties
Q235A (3 #) steel, its mechanical properties should be consistent with current national standards "negative carbon structure steel" GBT700 in the provisions of Q235A steel, fasteners should conform to GB15831-1995 "Steel Scaffolding Coupler" requirement.
4.2 base
Steel tubular scaffolding base has a standard malleable iron manufacturing base and welding the bottom two. Standard cast iron base materials may be requested with the same fastener. Q235A steel welded base should be used, electrodes should be used E43 type, geometry should be consistent with shock-inch icon
