本工程为邯鄣供电公司用电生产楼，位于中华大街与朝阳路交汇处，总建筑面积17747.8m2，地上十层、局部十一层，裙房四层，地下二层，建筑总高度44 m，结构形式为框架结构，本工程外架采用挑梁式双排挑外脚手架，分别于一层、五层九层设置挑梁。里脚手架采用满堂架了。
3．脚手架构配件的质量标准
　　（1）钢管：钢管一般采用外役48mm，壁厚3.5mm的3号钢焊接钢管，
其化学成份与机械性能符合国家标准《碳素结构钢》（GB／T700）的要求。立杆、纵向水平杆（大横杆）的钢管长度一般为4~6m，横向水平杆（小横杆）一般为1.9~2.3m。钢管应涂
