河北科技会堂、科技馆工程主体为框架结构，地下一层，层6.4m高，地上
三层，层高为7.2m。
工程主要结构构件尺寸：柱，600×800、1000×850，梁，300×900、300×900，500×950、750×900；板，120、200厚；剪力墙，400、300厚。其中科技馆工程长向梁、地下室外围墙呈弧形。
本工程柱、直形墙、梁拟采用组合钢模板配模，孤形墙、梁、顶板采用多层板或竹模板配模。
