中国石化集团宁波工程有限公司设计科研大楼工程坐落于科技园区院士路上,本工程主楼19层,高度78.8米。裙楼3层,高度20.1米。大楼结构类型属于钢筋砼框架-核芯筒结构。
本建筑一层层高6m,二、三层层高5.1m,四层以上层高3.9m,板厚均为120mm。±0.000以上框架梁最大截面为500×1200mm,柱最大断面为1000*1000MM,剪力墙的最大厚度为400MM。砼采用泵送为主,塔吊运输为辅。
二、模板安装施工工艺
为保证本工程的工程质量,减少模板拼缝,使构件表面平整,以及方便模板的安装,本工程的结构支模时使用九夹板与松木做成定型木模板。承重材料采用Φ48*3.5钢管支撑满堂脚手架。加固材料采用对拉螺杆配以方木和钢管。核心筒采用木胶合板拼装大模板;楼梯底模采用木胶合板,踏步侧模采用松木板50 厚;厨房、卫生间、走道等与楼层的高差用木方栏挡。
