    4.5临时用水、电、气管线及消防通讯设施的布置
    一、根据招标文件，业主提供管径为100的施工用水接头。施工、消防用水共用一个系统，并设计量装置，沿施工道路边布置。在每个建筑物处留有接口，现场设2只室外消防栓。干管为φ100钢管。
    二、建筑物室内配备适当数量的移动式消防灭火器材。
    三、在临时道路两边设置排水明沟，将场地雨水汇集，通过潜水泵提升排出场外。
    四、施工用电已由业主从外网接入厂区内。现场敷设电缆送到施工现场配电柜上、后根据施工需要分流到配电箱上。
    五、施工用氧气、乙炔、氩气等采用市场上供应的瓶装气，施工用压缩空气利用移动式空压机提供。
    六、施工现场设置8门电话分支，并与xx_分公司现有电话网相连。
