  后浇带施工方案
 
在建筑工程中，通过设置后浇带来解决设计中考虑沉降差异或钢筋混凝土的收缩变形以及混凝土的温度应力等问题已广泛应用。后浇带施工是保证结构有效连接的重要环节。我司在施工石狮服装批发城（一期）工程中，重视后浇带各工序的施工质量，确保后浇带满足设计意图，从而起到它应有的作用。
    石狮服装批发城（一期）工程为地下1层、地上4层的框剪结构，其平面尺寸196m×66m。由纵向4道、横向1道1000mm宽后浇带将整个平面划分为10个施工段。后浇带长达460m。
1．后浇带的留设及支模
1.1  地下室底板、外墙后浇带
地下室后浇带施工中，底板、外墙后浇带防水是两个值得注意的问题。本工程地下水位-4.70~-4.50m，底板底标高为-4.60m，根据作业方案，人工挖孔桩施工阶段采用的深井降水措施，在垫层施工后停止。为防止地下水产生突涌，采用对底板后浇带处混凝土垫层施工进行加厚、提高混凝土强度等级，局部配筋等措施（见图1）。
