一;工程概况
1.2.2 地理位置和现场情况
工程位于上海闵行区莘庄工业区华宁路以西、横沙河以北地块，基地东侧为华宁路，南侧为正在施工的规划主路一，预计年底建成。基地北面为 NEC厂房。现场地势平坦。自然地面平均标高约为4.50m。
目前出入厂区有两条道路。一条是沿华宁路（双向四车道）、联农路（6米水泥路）进入厂区东南角。另一条是沿华宁路、上广电NEC南侧围墙市政路进入厂区东北角并与厂区北侧道路衔接，目前正在进行市政道路施工,预计在8月底可以具备通车条件,现阶段进出施工现场的道路为联农路/华宁路，在临时用电方面,已有两路临时供电线路接到施工现场,施工和生活用水有两路,一路由厂区北侧上广电NEC接入,管径为Ø50mm,另一路由东南侧民房接入,管径为40mm, 目前本工程三通一平已经完成，已具备开工条件。
1.2.3 工程施工单位概况
本工程共有4个单体组成，分别为：1工区、2工区、3工区。三个灌注桩基础施工组，一个桥梁施工组。
