一、 施工准备
（一） 作业条件
1、 地上、地下障碍物都处理完毕，达到“三通一平”。施工用临时设施准备就绪。
2、 场地标高一般为承台梁的上皮标高，并经过夯实或碾压。
3、 分段制作好钢筋笼，以5-8m为宜。
4、 根据图纸放出轴线及桩位点，布设抄水平标高木桩，并经过验收签认。
5、 施工前作成孔试验，数量不少于2根。
6、 选择和确定钻孔机进出路线和钻孔顺序，制定施工方案。
（二） 材料要求
1、 水泥：采用42.5级矿渣硅酸盐水泥。有产品合格证，出厂检验报告和进场复验报告。
2、 砂：中砂或粗砂，含泥量不大于5%，有进场复验报告。
3、 石子：卵石或碎石，含泥量不大于2%。有进场复验报告。
4、 水：自来水或不含有害物质的洁净水。
5、 钢筋：钢筋的品种，级别或规格必须符合设计要求，有产品合格证，出厂检验报告和进场复验报告，表面清洁无老锈和油污。
6、 垫块：用1:3水泥砂浆埋22#火烧丝提前预制成或用塑料卡。
7、 火烧丝：规格18～20#铁丝烧成。
8、 外加剂、掺合料：根据施工需要通过试验确定。有出厂质量证明文件、检测报告，复试报告。
