15CFG桩复合地基处理工程.doc

说明：目前建筑工程中CFG桩的复合地基多采用低级别混凝土代替CFG桩填料，本节均以此为据。
一、 材料要求
1、 凝土、混凝土外加剂和掺和料：缓凝剂、粉煤灰等，均应符合标准要求，其掺量应根据施工要求通过试验室确定。
2、 褥垫层材料：5～32mm碎石或级配砂石，均应符合标准要求。
二、 施工机具
长螺旋钻机、混凝土输送泵、搅拌机、三级电箱、小型挖掘机、钢钎、小推车等。
三、 作业条件
1、 基槽开挖至设计桩顶标高以上40cm，基槽宽度不小于50cm。
2、 长螺旋钻机、混凝土输送泵、混凝土输送管路等设备应经检查、维修，保证浇筑过程顺利进行。
3、 检查电源、线路，并做好照明准备工作。
4、 配齐所有管理人员和施工人员，并对所有人员进行安全交底。
