室内消防气体（卤代烷）灭火系统管道及设备安装
1  范围
    本工艺标准适用于重要机房、珍藏库、档案库等建筑。室内消防采用卤代烷气体灭火系统管道及设备安装工程。卤代烷灭火剂具有不导电、不污染特点，但只有在密闭空间中才能取得良好效果。
2  施工准备
    2.1  材料设备要求：
    2.1.1  室内消防气体（卤代烷）灭火设备、钢材、管材、管件、各类阀件及附属制品零配件等，应有出厂证明书及产品合格证。进入现场后，安装使用前做检查、验证工作，必须符合国家有关规范、部颁标准及消防监督部门的规定和要求。
    2.1.2  按照施工安装进度计划核对进场后的材料数量，检验其规格、型号、尺寸、质量是否符合设计图纸要求。
    2.1.2.1  镀锌碳素无缝钢管及管件：
    a  管材：采用镀锌碳素无缝钢管或加厚镀锌碳素钢管，管壁内外镀锌均匀，无锈蚀，内壁无卡筋，管壁厚度应符合设计要求。选择管材时，内部经受的压力应满足设计要求。
    b  管件：采用锻压钢件内外镀锌，镀锌层表面均匀，无锈蚀、无偏扣、乱丝、方扣、丝扣不全、角度不准等现象。特别是法兰盘要内外镀锌，镀锌层完整，水线均匀、不得有断裂、粘着污物等现象。
    2.1.2.2  有色金属管道及管件：采用无缝铜管道及管件，管壁厚内外均匀，管皮内外表面光泽平滑，管件不得有丝扣不全、角度不准、偏扣、乱丝等现象。
    2.1.2.3  阀件：阀件到货后，要做抽样实验，应无裂纹、铸造外型美观、内外规矩、开关灵活严密、手轮无损坏。
    2.1.2.4  设备：卤代烷气体钢瓶、起动装置箱及箱内附属设备及零配件的规格、型号、尺寸、质量必须符合设计要求，其设备的零配件应齐全，外观表面规整，无损伤。搬运时戴上瓶盖，不能倒置、冲击，慎重操作，不允许放在日光下直射及高温、附近有
