一、 垂直运输架、吊盘装置技术交底
垂直运输架担负着脚手架上施工人员、工具和材料的垂直运输任务。目前使用的有：井架、龙门架、独杆提升架等。井架和龙门架的吊盘均应有可靠的安全装置，防止吊盘在运行中和停车装、卸料时发生严重事故，吊盘安全装置有：
１． 吊盘停车安全装置是防止吊盘在装、卸料时卷扬机制动失灵而产生跌落事故的一种装置，有安全支杠和安全挂钩两种形式。目前普遍使用的是安全支杠装置，它由安全杠和安全卡两部分组成。安全卡还具有使装料、卸料平稳、方便的作用。为确保安全生产，卷扬机的制动器和吊盘停车安全支杠应联合使用，同时还应注意统一指挥升降。
２． 吊盘钢丝绳的安全装置是由无缝钢管内装钢制的可伸缩“舌头”组成。它的作用是在吊盘纲丝绳断后的瞬间将“舌头”弹出管内，搁在井架或龙门架的横杆上，以保证吊盘不致往下跌落。
