内容：
本工程地下室粉刷要求：20厚1：2水泥找平，乳化沥青涂料刷三遍。
一、 材料要求：
1． 水泥：普通425#；
2．  砂 ：平均粒径为0.35~0.5mm的中砂，使用前过筛；
3． 乳化沥青涂料应放在干燥、阴凉处，以防变质和固化。
二、 操作工艺：
1． 基层处理：将墙面上残余砂浆、污垢等清理干净，并用水浇墙，将砖缝中的尘土冲掉，并将墙面湿润。
2． 吊垂直，套方，找规矩，抹灰饼。
3． 冲筋，抹1：2水泥砂浆，用尺杆横竖刮平，木抹子搓毛，终凝后浇水养护，再刷乳化沥青涂料两遍。
三、 质量标准：
1． 保证项目：所用的材料品种、质量必需符合设计要求，抹灰层于基底之间必需粘结牢固，无脱层，空鼓，裂缝等现象。
2． 基本项目：
1） 中级抹灰：表面光滑，洁净，接搓平整，线角顺直清晰。
