钢门窗安装
本技术交底适用于一般工业与民用建筑钢门窗安装工程。
1．材料产品要求
(1)钢门窗的品种、型号应符合设计要求，生产厂家应具有产品质量认证，并应有产品合格证。进场进行验收。
(2)钢门窗五金配件及橡胶密封条，必须与门窗规格型号匹配，且必须保证其质量。
(3)水泥325号及其以上，砂为中砂或粗砂。
(4)各种型号的机螺丝、焊条、扁铁等，应与钢门窗预留尺寸吻合，其固定方法符合设计要求。
(5)涂刷的防锈漆及所用铁砂等均应符合图纸要求。
2．主要机具
一般应备有：电焊机、面具、焊把线、铁锹、大铲或抹子托线板、小线、铁水平尺、线坠、小水桶、木楔、锤子、丝锤、螺丝刀等。
3．作业条件
(1)结构工程已完，且经质量验收，工种之间办好交接手续。
(2)已按图示尺寸要求弹好门窗中线，并弹好室内50cm水平线。
(3)门窗预埋铁件脚孔眼，按其标高、位置留好，并经检查符合要求，并将预留孔内清理干净。
(4)门窗与过梁混凝土之间的联接铁件，位置、数量、经检查符合要求，对未设连接铁件或位置不准者，应按钢门窗安装要求补齐。
(5)装前检查，钢门窗型号、尺寸、对翘曲、开焊、变形等缺陷，应修好后再使用。
(6)组合钢门窗，要事先做拼装样板，经验收合格后方可大量组装。
(7)对经过校正或补焊处防锈漆破坏的应补刷，并保证涂刷
