交底内容:
屋面保温层
本技术交底适用于一般工业与民用建筑工程采用松散、板状保温材料和现浇整体保温的屋面保温层工程施工。
1.材料要求
所用材料的表观密度、含水率、导热系数等技术性能必须符合设计要求和施工规范的规定。应有质量证明文件。
松散的保温材料应使用无机材料,如选用有机材料时,要先做好材料的防腐处理。
(1)松散材料:炉渣或水渣粒径一般为5~40mm,不得含有石块、土块、重矿渣和未燃尽的煤块,表观密度为500~800kg/m3,导热系数为0.16~0.25W/m.k。
(2)板状保温材料:外观整齐,厚度应根据设计要求确定,使用前应按设计要求检查其表观密度导热系数,含水率及强度。
A.泡沫混凝土板:表观密度不大于500 kg/m3,抗压强度应不低于0.4Mpa。
B.加气混凝土板:表观密度为500~600 kg/m3,抗压强度应不低于0.2Mpa。
C.聚苯板块:表观密度为≤45 kg/m3,抗压强度应不低于0.18Mpa,导热系数为0.043W/m.k。
2.主要机具
一般应备有铁锹(平锹)、木刮杠、水平(准)尺,手推车、木拍子等。
3.作业条件
(1)铺设保温材料的基层施工完,将预制构件的吊钩、拖拉绳等清除干净,残留在构件外表的痕迹应磨平,抹入砂浆层内,经检查验收合格后,方可进行下道工序。

1. Material requirements
Apparent density of the materials used, water content, thermal conductivity, such as technical performance must meet the design requirements and construction norms. Should be the quality of documents.
Loose insulation material should be inorganic materials, such as the use of organic materials, with first and corrosion protection materials.
(1) loose material: slag or water residue particle size is generally 5 ~ 40mm, shall not contain stones, clods, heavy slag and unburned coal, and the apparent density of 500 ~ 800kg/m3, thermal conductivity 0.16 ~ 0.25W / m. k.
(2) heat insulation materials: look neat, the thickness should be determined according to design requirements, design requirements should be checking before using the apparent density, thermal conductivity, water content and strength.
A. Foam concrete slab: apparent density not greater than the 500 kg/m3, compressive strength should be no less than 0.4Mpa.
B. Aerated concrete panels: the apparent density of 500 ~ 600 kg/m3, compressive strength should be no less than 0.2Mpa.
C. Polystyrene plates: the apparent density of ≤ 45 kg/m3, compressive strength shall be not less than 0.18Mpa, thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.043W / m. k.
2. Major equipment
General should have shovels (flat spade), wood scraping bars, horizontal (quasi-) foot, trolley, wooden racket and so on.
3. Operating conditions
(1) laying insulation material base construction completed, will Prefabricated hook, drag rope, etc. cleaned, residual traces of the component surface to be polished and put it into the mortar layer, upon acceptance by inspection before proceeding to next the procedures.
