资料简介:

    1  范围:
本工艺标准适用于工作压力为4MPa以下、温度为250~-196℃的紫铜管道和工作压力为22MPa以下、温度为120~-158℃的黄铜管道的安装工程。
    2 施工准备。
    2.1  常用材料:
    2.1.1  管材:常用的有紫铜管(工业纯铜)及黄铜管(铜锌合金)按制造方法的不同分为拉制管、轧制管和挤制管,一般中、低压管道采用拉制管。紫铜管常用材料的牌号为:  T2、T3、T4、TUP(脱氧铜);分为软质和硬质两种。黄铜管常用的材料牌号为:H62、H68、H85、HP659-1,分为软质、半硬质和硬质三种。
    2.1.2  铜合金。为了改善黄铜的性能,在合金中添加锡、锰。铅、锌、磷等元素就成为特殊黄铜。添加元素的作用简述如下:
    2.1.2.1  加锡能提高黄铜的强度,并能显著提高其对海水的耐蚀性能,故锡黄铜又称"海军黄铜";
    2.1.2.2  加锰能显著提高合金工艺性能、强度和耐腐蚀性
1 range:
This technology is applicable to the work pressure 4MPa below the temperature of the copper 250 ~ -196 ℃ and working pressure of 22MPa Road, below the temperature 120 ~ -158 ℃ brass pipe installation.
    2 construction preparation.
    2.1 Common Materials:
    2.1.1 Tube: commonly used are copper (industrial copper) and yellow brass (copper and zinc alloy) according to the different manufacturing methods drawn into pipes, rolling tube and extruded, the normal, the low-pressure pipe with drawn tubes. Copper grade is commonly used materials: T2, T3, T4, TUP (deoxidized copper); divided into two kinds of soft and hard. Brass material commonly used grades as: H62, H68, H85, HP659-1, is divided into soft, semi-hard and hard of three.
    2.1.2 Copper Alloy. In order to improve the performance of brass, tin added in the alloy and manganese. Lead, zinc, phosphorus and other elements on a special brass. The role of added elements are summarized below:
    2.1.2.1 plus tin can increase the strength of brass, and can significantly improve the corrosion resistance in seawater, so tin brass, also known as "naval brass";
    2.1.2.2 plus manganese alloy can significantly improve performance, strength and corrosion resistance
