炉渣垫层

本技术交底适用于混凝土基层上做炉渣垫层工程。
1．材料要求
(1)炉渣：宜采用烟煤炉渣，表观密度应为800kg/m3以内；炉渣内不应含有机杂质和未燃尽的煤块，粒径不应大于40mm，且不可大于垫层厚度的1/2；炉渣粒径在5mm以下者，不得超过炉渣总体积的40%。
(2)水泥：325号普通硅酸盐水泥或矿渣硅酸盐水泥，也可用火山灰水泥或粉煤灰水泥。
(3)石灰：块灰使用前需经水粉化，过筛；也可用加工磨细石灰粉水溶后使用。
2．主要机具
