5）、干密度试验报告（见证取样）；
6）、隐蔽工程验收记录（每层铺设并夯击完成，进行下一层铺设时）；
7）、承载力测试报告；
8）、自检、互检及工序交接检查记录；
9）、其它应报或设计要求报送的资料。
注：合理缺项除外。
（2）、砂和砂石地基检验批验收应提供的附件资料
1）、原材料质量合格证（砂、石）；
2）、砂、石试验报告；
