《浙江省新型墙体材料开发利用管理办法》已经省人民政府第20次常务会议审议通过，现予以公布，自2004年5月1 日起施行。

浙江省新型墙体材料开发利用管理办法
第一条 为促进新型墙体材料的开发利用和节能建筑的推广，节能利废，保护耕地和生态环境，提高社会和经济效益，根据国家有关规定，结合本省实际，制定本办法。
第二条 本省行政区域内生产和使用墙体材料以及与此相关的工程设计、施工、设备制造的单位和个人，均须遵守本办法。
