实施工程建设强制性标准监督规定
（中华人民共和国建设部第81号令颁发）
第一条  为加强工程建设强制性标准实施的监督工作，保证建设工程质量，保障人民的生命、财产安全，维护社会公共利益，根据《中华人民共和国标准化法》、《中华人民共和国标准化法实施条例》和《建设工程质量管理条例》，制定本规定。
第二条  在中华人民共和国境内从事新建、扩建、改建等工程建设活动，必须执行工程建设强制性标准。
第三条  本规定所称工程建设强制性标准是指直接涉及工程质量、安全、卫生及环境保护等方面的工程建设标准强制性条文。
国家工程建设标准强制性条文由国务院建设行政主管部门会同国务院有关行政主管部门确定。
第四条  国务院建设行政主管部门负责全国实施工程建设强制性标准的监督管理工作。
国务院有关行政主管部门按照国务院的职能分工负责实施工程建设强制性标准的监督管理工作。
