屋面防水技术的应用与实效做法.doc

面防水是建筑工程中存在的质量通病，也是多年来一直未能很好解决的难题。目前，较多采用的是刚性及柔性防水两种做法。刚性防水由于温差应变，易开裂渗水；柔性防水，多为沥青，油毡等有机材料，易老化，寿命短。近年来，虽然各种新型防水材料相继问世，但由于价格较高，缺乏施工经验，且耐久性还有待于进一步检验等原因。因此，目前还是采用较为廉价的材料为主。　　
采用刚性防水和柔性防水相结合的办法，理论上可提高屋面的防水，而在实际施工过程中，或多或少地存在一些不够重视底层刚性防水层的心理，使得刚性防水层开裂，起鼓或渗漏，这样刚性的防水层形同虚设，加上柔性防水层也存在其自身的缺点，因而"双重保险"也不能有效防止屋面渗漏。
