屋面防水技术的应用与实效做法.doc
面防水是建筑工程中存在的质量通病,也是多年来一直未能很好解决的难题。目前,较多采用的是刚性及柔性防水两种做法。刚性防水由于温差应变,易开裂渗水;柔性防水,多为沥青,油毡等有机材料,易老化,寿命短。近年来,虽然各种新型防水材料相继问世,但由于价格较高,缺乏施工经验,且耐久性还有待于进一步检验等原因。因此,目前还是采用较为廉价的材料为主。
采用刚性防水和柔性防水相结合的办法,理论上可提高屋面的防水,而在实际施工过程中,或多或少地存在一些不够重视底层刚性防水层的心理,使得刚性防水层开裂,起鼓或渗漏,这样刚性的防水层形同虚设,加上柔性防水层也存在其自身的缺点,因而"双重保险"也不能有效防止屋面渗漏。
