斜拉钢桁架高支模施工技术

[摘要] 高层建筑位于高空的连体结构及大悬挑结构混凝土施工支模一直是工程界的难题,本文经方案比选,引出斜拉钢桁架作为高空支模施工平台。通过工程实践证明这是一种传力直接和安全可靠的解决大悬挑结构高支模的施工方法。

为了追求高层建筑的体型新颖、外形美观,或为满足使用功能的要求,近年来复杂造型结构层出不穷,全国各地高空连体、悬挑结构的增多也给混凝土支模施工带来了一系列困难。笔者在几个实际工程中遇到此类结构施工的高支摸问题,通过摸索,引入和提出了斜拉钢桁架作为支摸平台进行支模施工的办法。实践证明这是一个避免超高支架落地支模,防止因支架整体失稳而群死群伤的解决高支模施工的有效、经济的方法。
1支模方案比选
    高层建筑结构的连体或大悬挑结构通常位于主体结构的顶部,因此,支模方案的比选非常重要,有以下几种方案可供考虑:
(1)钢管脚手架满堂落地搭设方案。对于高度20m以下的普通高支模架,施工单位常采用钢管脚手架满堂撑支模的方法。无论是扣件式还是碗扣式钢管脚手架,施工单位比较熟悉,经验也丰富。但对于支模高度达几十米的高空连体或悬挑结构施工的模板工程来说,钢管脚手一次投入量过大,架子搭

Body in pursuit of new high-rise buildings, pleasing in appearance, or to use features to meet the requirements of complex model structures emerging in recent years throughout the country at high altitude piece, cantilevered structures are also more concrete formwork construction to bring a series of difficulties. I have encountered in several practical engineering structure construction of such high-touch support issues, and through exploring the introduction and the proposed cable-stayed steel truss support touch platform as Formwork Support approach. Practice shows that this is a floor support bracket to avoid the high modulus, and prevent instability and Qunsiqunshang scaffolding formwork construction of high resolution effective and economic method.
Selection of a model program
    Of tall buildings or large cantilevered structures are often conjoined at the top of the main structure, therefore, support the program model is very important than the election, there are several options to consider:
(1) full house floor steel scaffolding erection program. 20m below the height of ordinary high count mold, construction steel scaffolding packed units often used method of support formwork. Whether or bowl button fastening steel scaffolding, construction units are more familiar, rich experience.
