浅谈混凝土空心砌块墙体开裂原因及防治

近年来，为了节约土地资源，保护环境，节约能源，我国政府正在大力推行取代传统粘土砖的新型墙体材料。新型墙体材料主 要有烧结多孔砖、空心砖、多孔砖、煤矸石普通砖、粉煤灰烧结砖、蒸压灰砂砖、混凝土小型空心砌块、轻集料砌块、陶粒砌块、 加气混凝土砌块、石膏砌块、轻质墙板、复合墙板等，目前，多采用砌块墙体。但随着混凝土砌块大量用于房屋建筑，墙体普遍出 现了较严重的开裂，墙体开裂问题日益突显。墙体的开裂，给人们造成了一种不安全感，因此也成为老百姓投诉的新热点。混凝土 砌块墙体开裂的原因是多方面的，也是很复杂的。
