建设部施工图设计文件审查要点（试行）
一、总   则
（一）为指导建筑工程施工图设计文件审查工作，根据《建设工程质量管理条例》和《建设工程勘察设计管理条例》，特制定建筑工程施工图设计文件（以下简称施工图）审查要点。
（二）本要点供施工图审查机构进行民用建筑工程施工图技术性审查时参考使用。工业建筑工程的施工图，可根据工程的实际情况参照本要点进行审查。
（三）建设单位报请施工图技术性审查的资料应包括以下主要内容：
1、作为设计依据的政府有关部门的批准文件及附件。
2、审查合格的岩土工程勘察文件（详勘）。
3、全套施工图（含计算书并注明计算软件的名称及版本）；
4、审查需要提供的其它资料。
（四）施工图技术性审查应包括以下主要内容：
1、是否符合《工程建设标准强制性条文》和其他有关工程建设强制性标准。
2、地基基础和结构设计等是否安全。
3、是否符合公众利益。
4、施工图是否达到规定的设计深度要求。
5、是否符合作为设计依据的政府有关部门的批准文件要求。
（五）本要点所涉及标准内容以现行规范规程内容为准。
（六）各省、自治区、直辖市人民政府建设行政主管部门可根据本地的具体情况，对本要点作出必要的补充规定。

二、建筑专业审查要点

(D) technical review of construction plans should include the following main elements:
1 is consistent with "the compulsory provisions of engineering construction standards" and other mandatory standards for construction of the project.
2, foundation and structural design is safe.
3, whether the public interest.
4, the construction plans if the required design depth requirement.
5, whether the relevant government departments as a basis for the design approval documentation.
(E) standards for the content of the main points covered by the existing norms of order shall prevail.
(6) provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities by the construction administration departments to local circumstances, on the main points to make the necessary supplementary provisions.
