施工说明易漏的内容
一、 本工程结构安全等级为___级;对应结构重要性系数为 r0=__。
二、 本工程的地基基础工程与结构主体工程正常合理使用年限为__年。
三、 抗震说明中:①建筑场地类别为__类; ②建筑的抗震设防分类标准为__类。
四、 材料要求方面:
①一、二级抗震等级的框架中纵向受力钢筋的选用,其检验所得的强度实测值,应符合下列要求:
1.钢筋的抗拉强度实测值与屈服强度实测值的比例不应小于1.25.
2.钢筋的屈服强度实测值与钢筋的强度标准的比值:当按一级抗震等级设计时,不应大于1.25;当按二级抗震等级设计时不应大于1.40。
②在工地现场要用强度较高的钢筋代换强度较低的钢筋时,要征得设计人的确认。
钢筋代换的原则如下:
1.两种钢筋的延伸率相同、可焊性接近。
2.梁、板中的受力钢筋按等强度代换;且代换后的最小配筋率Pmin不小于0.2%;
按构造设置的钢筋及抗震设计时,墙、柱中钢筋均按等面积代换。
3.当用强度较高代换强度较低的钢后,对应的锚固长度、搭接长度、砼的强度等级作相应的调整。
五、 板在柱边负筋的长度的构造要求和大柱周边负筋配置。
六、 在各层平面布置图(或配筋图)上加注本层主要房间的可变荷载的标准值,或集中说明各类房间的可变荷载标准值。(此即正常合理使用的条件)
