施工说明易漏的内容
一、 本工程结构安全等级为＿＿＿级；对应结构重要性系数为 r0=＿＿。
二、 本工程的地基基础工程与结构主体工程正常合理使用年限为＿＿年。
三、 抗震说明中：①建筑场地类别为＿＿类； ②建筑的抗震设防分类标准为＿＿类。
四、 材料要求方面：
①一、二级抗震等级的框架中纵向受力钢筋的选用，其检验所得的强度实测值，应符合下列要求：
1.钢筋的抗拉强度实测值与屈服强度实测值的比例不应小于1.25.
2.钢筋的屈服强度实测值与钢筋的强度标准的比值：当按一级抗震等级设计时，不应大于1.25；当按二级抗震等级设计时不应大于1.40。
②在工地现场要用强度较高的钢筋代换强度较低的钢筋时，要征得设计人的确认。
钢筋代换的原则如下：
1.两种钢筋的延伸率相同、可焊性接近。
2.梁、板中的受力钢筋按等强度代换；且代换后的最小配筋率Pmin不小于0.2%；
按构造设置的钢筋及抗震设计时，墙、柱中钢筋均按等面积代换。
3.当用强度较高代换强度较低的钢后，对应的锚固长度、搭接长度、砼的强度等级作相应的调整。
五、 板在柱边负筋的长度的构造要求和大柱周边负筋配置。
六、 在各层平面布置图（或配筋图）上加注本层主要房间的可变荷载的标准值，或集中说明各类房间的可变荷载标准值。（此即正常合理使用的条件）
