该工程是由我公司于1994年9月破土动工的，基础施工采用混凝土钻孔灌注桩，由**基础工程公司第三工程处施工。一层地下室采用聚氨脂防水涂膜防水。主体工程为现浇钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构，外墙装饰为长条砖贴块
