在2006年这一年内的时间里，我兢兢业业做好本职业工作，积极自觉利用节假日参与设施厂的加班加点工作。用满腔热情积极、认真地完成好每一项任务，严格遵守设施厂的各项规章制度，认真履行岗位职责，自觉按章操作；平时生活中团结同事、不断提升自己的团队合作精神。本人主要职责是负责交通工程的土建安装、项目管理、工程竣工资料以及工程预结算资料归档工作，兼顾现场施工技术管理员。
现将我的工作情况作如下汇报有如下几点：
01.  负责G105线（温泉～陈田段）交通整治工程 I 标、II 标和G107线（大沙地~东莞交界）交通整治工程的竣工资料整理归档，以及现场施工指挥无线交通信号灯工程和标志安装等多项工作。从这三个工程项目管理中，我更透切了解和掌握交通安全设施工程管理的奥秘：
a、从安排材料和机械进场、构件生产任务通知单、杆件材料成品、仓库购买材料记入、施工任务通知单、直至到工程竣工验收结算等各方面工作，无不紧凑严密；安排得当合理与否，是影响工程进度的一个重要因素。
